Failed install on OSX | General | Inkcut

Please excuse my ignorance as I have no clue what I am doing. I followed the instructions and when I run the last command "inkcut" it fails to open the program. I will attach a screenshot of the error I get. Any help would be appreciated.

Same here on Catalina.
I just reported an issue on GitHub for this.

Just got the right info from "frmdstryr" via GitHub:
pip3 install jupyter-client==5.3.1
After installing the right jupyter-client version ist works !
