First I have manage to get this amazing software working on my PIXMAX 720 cutter and it works great. To open up inkcut I use Terminal in ubuntu 18.04.4 but I would like to know if it is possible to create a desktop short cut icon to sit on my dock bar! Any ideas would be great thanks?

On Ubuntu you can copy the desktop entry to
/usr/share/applicationsThe file is github.com/inkcut/inkcut/blob/master/inkcut/res/inkcut.desktop
You'll need to update the exec and icon lines depending on where it was installed (run
which inkcut).
