I attempted to install Inkcut per instructions I found here but I failed, I installed Python and Virtual Studio 2019. I am not used to code but if I had a simple step by step guide to follow I can do it. I am using a HP Envy laptop, operating system Windows 11 pro 64bit. I want to cut vinyl with Inkscape using an old sign warehouse cutter, serial to usb adapter cable. I have the driver installed for the adapter.
