    Hello,

    I managed to install Inkcut as an extension for Inkscape, but whenever I try to use the extension I have this error:

    Traceback (most recent call last):
    File "inkcut_open.py", line 66, in <module>
    effect.affect()
    File "/usr/share/inkscape/extensions/inkex.py", line 283, in affect
    self.effect()
    File "inkcut_open.py", line 60, in effect
    close_fds=sys.platform != "win32")
    File "/usr/lib/python2.7/subprocess.py", line 394, in init
    errread, errwrite)
    File "/usr/lib/python2.7/subprocess.py", line 1047, in _execute_child
    raise child_exception
    OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory

    By the way open Inkcut with command line doesn't work neither.
    Could please someone help me?

    The inkcut application must be installed in addition to the extension. See the instructions here: www.codelv.com/projects/inkcut/docs/installing

    Hi,

    I followed the installation steps, even tried to install it in sudo but it still doesn't work.
    I have the same error message

    If you run inkcut from the command line does it open?
