    Hi InkCut forums!

I'm excited to get started with InkCut and have the software functioning, but I think I need a primer on how to create a proper svg in InkScape to produce a proper cut pattern.

I created a test page using the text tool and converted it to path using 'object to path', resulting in the attached svg file. When cut, it returns to the home position after every stroke (except for the 'H' and the second 'l' for whatever reason)

LOL! I cannot upload a file of type .svg on this forum! That's rich! I'll try zipping it.

And the beautiful results are attached as a jpg

Thank you for this fantastic open source tool!

I'm not sure it's the SVG that's the problem. Here's another one I created from shapes, then I used Object to Path and it looked good. But when I open it in InkCut it has these blue lines that don't seem right (attached)

The blue lines are where it will move without cutting.

The weird cut pattern looks a lot like an issue on githib github.com/inkcut/inkcut/issues/197
