No, unfortunately that's not possible. Inkcut currently has no support for Cricut devices and Makers of Cricut really don't want you to use their hardware with any third party software. According to wikipedia en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cricut#Third-party the company making Cricut has made legal action against multiple third party cutting software authors who added support for their devices.
If you are only considering to buy a vinyl cutter and want to use it with open source software, you should consider a different manufacturer.
For one of the early Cricut models there is an open source firwmare which supports HPGL protocol and could work with Inkcut. But that's not for Cricut Maker 3.
You can also find a couple of projects where people have replaced all the electronics in Cricut with more open source friendly controller boards. If there was an easy way for using Cricut hardware with other software (that doesn't involve getting sued) they probably would have done that instead of replacing all electronics.
I do not recommend Cricut because they hate when you actually mess with your device.
A few devices I would recommend that is compatible and not by CriCut is the Silhouette Cameo 4/5. I had already taken InkCut compatibility into account when I purchased a Cameo 4.
