I cant seem to make inkcut interface with my GCC puma IV. help would be appreciated I don't speak python very well. I have the correct drivers installed, but am also having issues making the machine cut via great cut 4 that it comes with as the oem software.
Edit- After communicating with our distributor and changing a setting in Great Cut 4 (the supplied software) I have the machine taking input from both great cut and inkcut with the generic driver.
