    Hi All,

    I'm trying to install inkcut on my Laptop to be able to use a vinyl cutter.
    I use windows 10 but it is not as straightforward as you might think.

    I used the Howto from : inkcut.org/t/installing-inkcut-on-win-10/7/ but I still get this error message

    File "C:\Users\Jan van Oel\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python38-32\lib\site-packages\zmq\eventloop\zmqstream.py", line 127, in init
    self._init_io_state()
    File "C:\Users\Jan van Oel\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python38-32\lib\site-packages\zmq\eventloop\zmqstream.py", line 552, in _init_io_state
    self.io_loop.add_handler(self.socket, self._handle_events, self.io_loop.READ)
    File "C:\Users\Jan van Oel\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python38-32\lib\site-packages\tornado\platform\asyncio.py", line 100, in add_handler
    self.asyncio_loop.add_reader(fd, self._handle_events, fd, IOLoop.READ)
    File "C:\Users\Jan van Oel\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python38-32\lib\asyncio\events.py", line 501, in add_reader
    raise NotImplementedError
    NotImplementedError</pre>

    Saw the command prompt for the first time in years but still can't figure out what I'm doing wrong.

    All help appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Jan

    Inkcut will not work on Windows.

    You can use the Linux version of Inkcut on Windows (Windows Subsystem for Linux), but is useless too because there is no way to use usb ports with WSL.
