Inkcut does not currenlty provide an install package for windows (as I don't need it and it takes a lot of work to do)

A few users asked for more detailed instructions on setting up Inkcut on windows, so here we go.

    1. First, install the latest version of python Windows x86-64 executable installer. Once downloaded, run it, make sure to check the Add to system path box and just click next until it completes.

    2. Next install Build tools for Visual Studio

    3. Now open the start menu type "cmd", in that type "pip3 install PyQt5 inkcut" and let it run.

    4. Finally type "inkcut" and press enter to start inkcut

I resolved this in my thread for Win10 users available here
