    Hello,

I am getting to think that I can not get these to run:
    inkcut.org/t/camm-1-roland-pnc-1000a-pnc-960-pc-50/113/

So, I am wondering if I can replace the internal board with an Arduino and put a vinyl cutter software on it - open-source!
Do you know if there is a project like this? I am just writing now and I will continue researching.

    Places to look:
    - Drivers and then research the boards, starting here: inkcut.org/t/supported-devices-where-is-the-right-location/114/
    - ...

I don't know of any projects... it would depend on the cutters hardware. Does your cutter use stepper motors or brushed dc motors? How is the pen driven, a solenoid?

There's many libraries for arduino so I'm sure it would be possible to make one.

I could make a board that works with inkcut, but it only makes sense if multiple people are interested.
